Let Them Smile LLC was founded by a devoted husband and wife team with one shared mission: to bring compassionate, dependable, and dignified home care to those who need it most.

With over six years of hands-on experience in caregiving, our co-founder and care coordinator, Michaella Caulker, has walked alongside countless individuals, offering support, comfort, and connection. Her heart for caregiving is rooted in empathy and a deep understanding of the daily needs and struggles faced by seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.

Her husband, Brima Caulker, brings over seven years of experience in management and operations. With a natural passion for people and community, he ensures that the business runs smoothly behind the scenes—so that caregivers can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care. His leadership is guided by integrity, trust, and a strong belief in treating every client like family.

Together, we built Let Them Smile LLC from a shared belief that true care starts with a smile—and grows from there.
